Hope’s Horizon

There is hope for peace, so bright, so far,

But it does not shine where now you are.

There is hope for hearts to heal and mend,

Yet not where troubled roads extend.

There is hope for dreams to take their flight,

But not beneath your fading light.

There is hope for love, for life anew,

A place where skies are wide and blue.

So take a step, be bold, be strong,

For hope still sings, just not for long.
